Over 90% of the queries we receive can be answered on the website or using the chatbot located at the bottom left of the screen.
The most common question we get is regarding starting to ride again. If you are applying for a provisional license and have not completed a CBT or Direct Access course in the last 5 years, you must complete the CBT course. There are no exceptions.
The next available CBT date shown on the booking form will be correct. There is no waiting list for Direct Access courses as they are road assessments. Once you have booked your DA, your instructor will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
